The House

The holiday house accommodate between 2 and 13 adults (without additional beds) .

There are 2 apartments. One for 2-4 adults (50m²)  and one for 4-9 adults (120m²) and both can be used for one apartment / holiday-house.


Our guests have complete use of our 70 m2 sun terrace. 30m2 of the terrace is covered by a roof and wind breaker. Of course, we also offer our guests a large table in addition to patio furniture and a grill.

We offer a large, safe playground complete with, trampoline, swings, slide, sandbox and campfire pit.



Location

Our house is on the sunny side located near the center of Grossarl. It is easy to reach us by car (in winter with chains).

The ski lift Grossarl-Dorfgastein can be reached by car in 10 minutes and the ski lift St. Johann Alpendorf-Wagrain-Flachau in 15 minutes. The ski bus stop is only 700 m away.

All of our holiday homes and rooms are directed toward the sun and offer you a breathtaking view of the Grossarl mountains.

You can take in the beautiful view from our 70 m2 terrace.

In summer our holyday house is a great starting point for hikes in the mountains. Walk to the many mountain tops in the area (Maurach-, Unterwand-; Karsegg-, Breiteneben-, Saukaralm, the Saukarkopf, the Kitzstein and many more).

In winter, children can borrow sleds free of charge.

Apartment I: (4-9 guests)

This holiday house is 95 m2 and has a 70m2 terrace with patio furniture and an area to grill (20m2 with a roof and protected from wind).

The bedrooms are separated into two three 2-bed rooms and one 3-bed room. The apartment has a bathroom and two toilets for 6 guests. If 7 guests are staying in the house a second bathroom will be made available. Additional beds are also bookable.

All rooms have a colour TV with satellite programming. Some rooms also have a DVD player.

The kitchen is complete with all kitchen equipment: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.

In addition, broadband internet and a parking area is available. By request, breakfast and fresh bread can be delivered to your apartment.

There is also the possibility for larger groups to stay here, because our neighbours also offer holiday homes and private rooms. Our lounges and roof covered terraces are furnished and offer enough room for nice evenings.

 

 

 

Apartment II: ( 2-4guests )

This holiday house is 45m2 and has its own balcony. The guests also have full access to the 70m2 sun terrace.

The holiday house has one bedroom and a large kitchen/living room plus a bathroom and toilet. The living room has a high quality pull-out couch (180 cm wide). There is also a colour TV complete with satellite programs and a DVD player.

The kitchen is complete with all kitchen equipment: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.

In addition, broadband internet and a parking area is available. By request, fresh bread can be delivered to your apartment.

 

 

There is also the possibility for larger groups to stay here, because our neighbours also offer holiday homes and private rooms. Our lounges and roof covered terraces are furnished and offer enough room for nice evenings.
