Mariapfarr is pleasantly situated in a beautiful alpine surroundings at an altitude of 1120 m, in the middle of the Lungau Valley. It is a charming and calm resort town away from heavy traffic.
Mariapfarr is rich with cultural heritage and medieval art, a beautiful Gothic parish Church, the traditional procession of Samson held on the occasion of Corpus Christi and many other religious festivals.
Mariapfarr is a great place for holidays all year round.
In Summer there are many activities to choose from: swimming, bicycling, tennis, Nordic Walking, golf and many more.
It is a great place to engage in all kinds of winter sports and activities: it has the world´s longest six-man chair lift in Fanningberg, cross country skiing through wintry sceneries, well maintained footpaths for hiking, and cosy inns to enjoy hearty meals.

Our House is situated at the foot of Fanningberg, in the smal village Seitling - at the sunniest place of Austria - Mariapfarr.

If there's one day without sun, you got the night for FREE!

Our House offers you an apartment with balcony for 2 - 6 Persons, as well as 3 rooms with en suite, Sat-TV and partial balcony.

Relax on our lawn for sunbathing or use our summerhouse with an unique BBQ possibility.

We offer you Bicycles as well as table-tennis for free.

For the kids we offer beside a playground, a small petting zoo and our pony "Moni" for a ride.

We have 3 comfort rooms with en suite, Sat-TV and partialy with balcony.

Enjoy your breakfast with sunshine in the middle of mother nature at our terrace.

Apartment

Out cosy furnished apartment for 2 - 6 persons offers you a microwave, hotplates, TV (Sat-TV), shower, WC, baby's high chair, towels, bed linen, dishes and dish towels.

To provide a maximum of relaxation for you the living room is seperated from the bedroom.

How to get there

From Munich direction to Salzburg cross the boundary transition on the freeway A10 toward Villach - freeway departure Tamsweg, Mariapfarr, St. Michael in the Lungau, Mauterndorf.
On the B99 further through St. Michael in the Lungau - Mauterndorf and direction to Mariapfarr on the B95.
